plates with double protective laser, on both sides, can be laser cut, or do you need to remove the underlying protective?

Hi.
for my experience the times that we have been getting sheets with film on both sides we have removed the lower one. this is with laser co2 and fiber, making tests we have seen the formation of cutting bays due to the lack of "sfogo" of the vaporization of the material. No problem with punching machines.
