double quotation

Good morning, everyone!
I wanted a hand to set a double quotation mm/inch.

to "activate" the double quotation there are no problems, I already have. problems start when I want to place the text of the quota in inches (the one in square brackets) under the quota instead of the text in millimeters.

Is there any option I can't find?
