doubt about average training

Good evening to all, I write to you as I have a doubt that torments me. in the file in alegate is reported the trend of the maximum and minimum deformations with the increase of the number of cycles. This is evidence of fatigue. How is it possible that, since the tests carried out in deformation control with an alternating symmetric waveform, is the graph attached? the average deformation turns out nothing or wrong? symmetrical flexional fatigue test as the width of fatigue effort. it is seen that at some point it has a deformation greater than that which is obtained at lower cycles. probably some fibers that resisted broke and then try to resist the same

This is evidence of oligocyclic fatigue in deformation control. I can't understand, if the width of deformation is constant to average deformation nothing as never results from the chart?
