doubt about cosmetic thread

I have a m50x1.5 to represent. the greater diameter is about 50.5mm and carry it back to the 3d sketch.
when I go to make the cosmetic thread, however, I know that, in "ansi metric" the available options come up to m48x3.
is it possible to create a new profile?

by choice:
- make the normal hole and then you put the note of cosmetic thread
- do the m50 then double click on the second function sketch and change the hole diameter and double click on the cosmetic thread and change the thread diameter

the exhaust throat is not part of the toolbox that provides only holes and parts library.
you have to do a library function that doesn't seem to be included in the default ones present in solids.

I tried to add a feature, that is the f throat, present in the "part1" file inside the hole present in the other particular. I get error unfortunately.
probably the work that I have in the library covers a smaller diameter than the necessary one and does not find material to cut, going in error.
Is there a way to make it parametric?

library functions can be parameterized with configurations.
escaric gorges, such as keyholes, centring holes and other have measurements covering ranges. f1 gorge for trees up to 5, f2 gorge for trees from 5 to 20 (they are given randomly) and so on

One more thing. in the attached file I would like to make a m72x1.5 in the side hole. in the known wizard that do not even appear the din machine threads, but only the "straight pipe upholstered thread", for the pipes.
being female the minimum diameter is 70.4mm, reported on the model
