Good morning, everyone.
I tried to look for a little bit on the forum, finding similar discussions but not really relevant to 100% compared to my doubt, so I have to disturb you.
the question is this, I currently work as a mechanical designer, employee, framed with level 5s, with a good salary fortunately. I have recently received a job offer at another company as technical office manager, it is about coordinating an office of about 5 designers, only that I have no idea what it might be an indicative salary for a similar position. I have already had the task of managing that number of people, but I did it "for glory", without asking for any kind of increase (and I was paid even less than now), but I wanted to do it because given my young age I felt it was an important personal growth that would come back very useful in the future, so I preferred to "invest" in my future rather than risk not getting that job.
Would you please give me some help? In view of possible other offers I do not know what level of pay to demand, I do not want to diminish the responsibilities that I should actually be crowded by asking too little, or at least to ask for figures that arise from the working reality.
