Good evening, everyone!
I am 27 years old and I am a planter/instrumentalist in the field of oil&gas design.
I'm looking into the job market after a year of experience abroad.
in recent years I have worked a lot on autocad 2d in technical studies.
I recently did a 2014 3d autocad course to update me a bit and to complete my software knowledge.
By doing a thorough research on the web I realized the so much demand of 3d mechanical designers, which is making me consider very much the idea of taking this road (if in the piping section even better), all expanded by my attraction in the three-dimensional design.
I would like to feel your opinion based on your experience, on which could be a better approach to start and succeed in "thinking" as such? ? premise that I do not have many basics of mechanics (I would like to undergo degree program given my no younger age).
benefiting me by learning to use a software from the power of inventor (I have a free license as a student) could be an initial advantage or recommended before some theoretical study on mechanics or mechanical design?
would you recommend me some books or some simplified manuals of mechanics for neophytes?
Thank you for your attention
I wish everyone a good weekend!
