solidworks is normally sold by authorized retailers and in special cases directly from dassault.
for purchase read more qui.
the commercial licenses are all paid of thousand euros including contract maintenance.
the student license has a limited cost with limited use as scope and files are not compatible with the commercial version.
all installations provided by retailers including demos, after paying some ten euros for the sda package or however for courier it is valid 30 days full and free trial.
You could ask a few retailers if they can sell you one of the internal licenses of the versions 10 years ago at symbolic price.
You can't do anything else.
If you can't pay, take freecad that does almost everything even if it is in development.

I don't know what you have tried, but sincerely I have always had it in Italian freecad, I use almost only versions developer and not definitive.
