hi, in some library lamps I noticed that the lighting intensity option is missing and so you can't adjust (like your case) in other library objects instead you will find the light intensity option ranging from 0 to 100.
the object must be a lamp created by archicad with so much light point inserted; if you download a 3ds from archibase, it is not a lamp to which you can adjust the light but, a simple three-dimensional object.
