drafting

Hi, after drawing a 3d part I try to start the drafting environment but the controls of the views for the table are disabled. I followed numerous guides but I can't understand the problem. I attach image.

1) you see the selected part.1, so you should have part design icons visible, instead you are in drafting environment

2) In the exercise tree 1 .catpart, at the bottom you see the draw tree...? ? ?

There's something wrong, maybe you need to reinstall caia...

a mistake that make many users, when they start drawing with the double screen, as I see from the image,
is to remain active in part 3d.
If you click on the drawing part (the white one to tell us) the series of commands on the right bar changes completely.

the problem is that in the image he already has the drawing icons while having selected the part!
instead should have the icons of the part.

try inserting the views manually from insert --> view --> front view, then click on the face of the 3d model you want to project in 2d and should appear in the draft on the left. the procedure is similar also to insert the orthogonal projections.
