dragging with mouse of parts into a set

Hello everyone, I have a problem that I hope is nothing.
I installed the new version of inventor professionbal 2023 but unlike the previous ones when I go to apply any bond to any part after I can no longer drag it with the mouse, along the remaining degrees of freedom.
example if I bind the x axis of the piece I can not move it along it or rotate it.

I don't know, but probably.

I came to mind that it is the first joint file on which I work with the new version and it is a job already started by another designer.

I've done zero asses and everything works perfectly.
