I would like to be able to draw in a free hand sketch (I have the tablet with graphic pen) directly in the autocad window. Is there a command on purpose? or an external plugin, don't know?
use autocad architecture 2009.

I know what autocad is vector, and that sketch with autocad can't make sense.
I mean a command that simplifies it, so that you simulate the continuous stroke of the pen. That's all.

Forgive me, I have a certain age and you have to be patient, but I don't understand if you understand that the command is called sketch.

I'm sorry. I didn't understand.
I had tried sketches, but I didn't understand the operation... now I understood it with more application:) certainly not the maximum of practicality.
Thank you.

Of course not the maximum of practicality.
at the end of the fair is a forcing, because it is not practical. but with the tablet should work pretty well.
set a very low increment record (even smaller than 0.001) and should be quite faithful to the movement on tablet.

tip on sketch:
you can track straight segments within the sketch: press alt to stop the track, move with the mouse to the desired location, press alt again; as soon as you move the mouse, a straight segment appears between the 2 points and then you can continue.

to show how, over the years, memory plays a lot of jokes.
I just found out I wrote, almost 2 years ago, on another forum, about the same things:

sketch command (sketch): undocumented option
I realized that the sketch command was very modified by the first versions, eliminating some options during tracking (retrose drop, track long straight segments, record the track without memorizing)
of these options has remained only one: "Insert stretches of length above that set with the sketchinc variable", but is not documented.
you can proceed in the following way:
After starting drawing the sketch, you can suspend the track by pressing and releasing the alt key; you move with the mouse in another position, press and release the alt key; as soon as you move the mouse, a segment of the desired length is created that connects the previous part with the next one without interrupting the sketch.
interesting also the effect with vegetable garden activated.
with a small variant: if the work area is activated (3d modeling) with ribbons, this option does not work.
