draw particular sheet

Good morning, I tried in every way, but I couldn't get anything. . .

I have to shape a sheet like that in the photo and I managed to do everything except the edge that I highlighted is a 20 mm wide broth that follows the round and tilted profile of the sheet and is also folded down. it is not necessary that it is all a piece (lamiera already drawn and edging), the edge could also be welded later.

If there's anyone who has any idea how to do I'd be really grateful.

Thanks, it's the exact method, I figured out how to do it, I didn't think I could generate a sheet through sweep!

you can create sheets with sweeps and lofts, the latter is useful if you have to make a curve similar to your to bend shots instead of rolling.
what I used instead is a classic sweep function to which I followed the conversion into sheet metal
