drawing sheets with surfaces

Hello.
I am drawing sheets with the surfaces creating the folds fittings with edge blend.
I remember doing so and then I gave the thickness.
But I don't remember and I can't find the command to do it (to give the thickness)! !
Could someone help me?

prova con : insert --> offset/scale --> thicken
