drilling on organic surface with rhino

Hello.
is it possible to make these drawing holes on irregular organic surfaces with rhino?
I have 3 regular geometric shapes that I would like to use to pierce an informal polysurface (here an example). This polysurface should be a shell (emptyed inside) and be perforated all around, I made an example by texturing this polysurface roughly, but that makes the idea pretty good. It's just an example to figure out how to do things like that with rhino.

If someone can do this type of surfaces or polysuperfici or knows a software cad that handles the drills in this way, can I indicate or recommend a valid alternative to evaluation?
Thank you.

c'è il command curve>curve da oggetti>crea/application curve uv in this way you can apply curves (not solids) to the surface and then drill with the subdivision between surface and curve.

Well thank you, I try and then I put the result here.
