drop-down menu not fully visible

Hello everyone,
Sorry about the question maybe ot/banale, but I can't solve it myself. .
when I go to the menu manage-additional settings, I open a drop-down menu that "shorts" and does not let you see all the options. .
How do you get the smaller menus?

What monitor resolution are you using?

the maximum that the video card has, 1366x768. nvidia geoforce 610m. I'm on a laptop. I'm commuting to the unit.

Then you can't do much. in any way the command "code together" that you see for half at the bottom is the last of the list; So you can still throw them all.
