drw in ptc view express

Good morning, everyone.
Unfortunately after 25 years I was forced to abandon ptc in the company.
I went to new software and, as for the old 3ds, we laughed at it.
then I downloaded the free express way to be able to consult my historical archive.
and here falls the donkey because, if with the 3ds I did not find any kind of problem, the drw do not open me, or better I see only a white screen.
Where am I wrong? Since the rental expired, I can't even ask for assistance.

Have you tried with the free viewer?
