dynamic blocking and relationships

Good morning.
I am sorry if the subject has already been dealt with but I have not found any discussion in my case.
is it possible to get a text in autocad that computes aeroilluminant relationships?
I know I can get the same result with a table but this ultratime is uncomfortable in the editing and I would like a more "simple" tool like a block with room surface attributes, windowed surface and automatic rai.

the beautiful of the tables is the possibility to insert or remove rows, in your case, adapt it to the number of rooms of the property.
with a dynamic block you should use visibility states to define the number of rows/stages to display.
in the tables it is possible to insert the formulas with the same logic of excel, being able to obtain eighty and differences automatically.
if the tables do not go down, create one in excel, with a simple copy/paste the amounts in the drawing.
