dynamic input without command description

Hello, everyone.
I just started using autocad mechanical 2013, and I realized I didn't display dynamic input command descriptions.
here is the least of the evils, because in conjunction with this problem I
find that you can't even use the object snap pointing,
since without dyn working the coordinates are not related to the pointing snap, but at the last point tracked.
I've already checked the answers of others, similar to my problem (f12, dyn icon, drawing settings, log variables such as dynmode or dynprohpt)
but without result.
If anyone could give me a new tip about it, I'd be very grateful.

command setdis -> Dynamic input tab and there are various dynamic input settings.

thanks for the answer, but I had already tried this solution through
the window set drawing, as I had written.
I think it takes a more drastic solution, as long as there is no corrupt file in the autocad program.
in the 2007 version they told me that there was a chance to do a recovery in cases where nothing could be done, by chance someone
Do you know how it works?
