edit table mass produced with parametric cad

cmq, once you have created your table with solidwors, inventor, create etc, to editate it in order to add some graphic effect it is possible to put us hand with illustrator or other?
I know, in the technical field, it doesn't need a bat, I'd like to "artistize" some table technicians have little. I did some tests by exporting pdf or png, but at the end the result is bad, because all the layers are exhausted.
the lines are no longer connected, the texts are made by many letters each on his own. It's better to recalculate everything.

If you have a chance, I think you should export to dxf and then work with that in the graphics program. But if your purpose is to add shadows reflections surface finishes etc I think it is better to do it in 3d environment of the cad, now everyone has a minimum of rendering.
