edit the dash with double click

I have a problem with the tretteggio di autocad 2012, I press that before this version I used 2007 and when I put a dash I had the opportunity to modify it by double-clicking it and opened the dash window, now instead with 2012 if I double-click it appears a window with the properties and I can no longer select, for example, the text to insert it into the dash without being covered
I would like to know if it's normal (autodesk has changed that command) or is it a setup problem?

If I bypass the double click by writing in the command line _hatchedit opens the window correctly, I remove the "associative" check and then once I click twice I open the window properly. . .

autocad will be infallible but sometimes it is capricious strong! I would like to understand if it is a mistake or if there is a precise reason for this behavior!
