electric motor dimensioning

can someone tell me some text or pdf downloadable from the internet, where it is explained well and in a practical way the sizing of an electric motor (brushless, asynchronous..) I take into account the type of load, the type of transmission and the inertias in play?

Some good text on electric machines could do for you, considering that for example, the types mentioned by you, asynchronous and brushless, have behaviors and curves of torque completely different between them. It is also good to refer to datasheets of manufacturers that often include examples of sizing.
