elements without property

I have a problem with patran's analysis. practically I make a mesh on the surface (to make mesh more dense or less dense according to the area that interests me) with elements tet10 or tet9 with mesher "paver". When I analyze the whole model, it tells me that there are elements that have no property. when I set the property I did properties->solid and I selected the solid since nn makes me select the elements. I tried to give the property as 2d but tells me that the elements tet9 cannot be assigned. What am I wrong? ?

I don't understand why you're talking about mesh on the surface, if meshi with solid tet10 meshi elements.
If so, and you have actually made a solid mesh, with tetrahedral elements, (viola), when you give the property you must first set elements (top right) instead of geometry. then select all the elements. if you give it to geometry you must be sure that the elements are associated with geometry.
Obviously you cannot give a 2d property to a 3d element and vice versa.
