ellipses for light reflection

Hello everyone, I have a problem and I'm packing myself: I have to create an elliptical surface to reflect the light emitted by a led towards an opening. I have difficulties in determining the points of this ellipse. Can you help me? Thank you.

drawings a normal full ellipse
impose tangency constraints between the two segments and the ellipse

I use the position of the lamp (in your case the led) checking in the laboratory the size of the ellipse that emits the lamp at a certain distance, I calculate the angle and create the "light".

If you want to calculate the position of the ellipse segment according to the reflection you want to achieve, you must use bmx, the pro/e module dedicated to behavioral modeling.
I have never used it, maybe it's the case that you contact someone expert on the subject or a smart dealer who can advise you.
