Let's try to cheat autocad.
As the loft command does not accept as the second and last cross section the point, in the position b (b is not on the vertical of the fire but to a quarter of the axis, but reasoning does not change) we draw a very small radius circle (eg. 0.01), we select as cross sections the base ellipse and the above circle and we complete the loft command with the options that we interest.
in this way you also delete the intermediate cross section.
