empty set with external references

Bye to all,
I'm new in the community, and I can't solve this problem for hours:
use pro/e wf2 tied to sap logon 710 or sap gui (I have not yet understood how it is called this plm...).

the axieme was performed new by a colleague, but when the discharge from the c.s. takes behind parts and sub-assiems that are not present in my axis. I checked everywhere, every single feature of every single component present, but I didn't find any external ref. taken from despair I deleted all the components of the axieme and checked it again, having so 3d and 2d empty.
when I also unload it in a new w.d. takes you behind the usual parts and assemblies, I also tried to download it only the 3d but nothing...I checked any hidden plans...simp. rep...programs...relations...nulla, at check-out they appear. but at the time of cad-view to see d.b. nothing, under him there is nothing...as in reality is made the asses.

I don't know what "ready to know..." means, however the axieme could use pro/program and contain execute part... or execute assembly... .

in this case the axieme loads the parts or assemblies declared in the execute instructions without the fact that they appear anywhere (in fact, the instructions add...)

Maybe you mean that inside the axieme there is a program, that is, as you say of "instructions", that allow to make "something" to this together, and inside this program are called the parts/subassiemi that are not physically there but that are written in the program... if that's what I mean I have already checked in "tools/program" but nothing, is empty...

the know is the management we use with pro/e, and is the management that uses the company... is our plm in practice, which has recently taken the place of intralink.. .

just for the record the plm that sells sap is called mysap plm.
try to do this:
exported from local plm the incriminated axieme, then deletes in the file system those parts or subassiemi that you think do not hit anything.
try to open the axieme, if there is nothing that fails it means there is some connection in the plm that does not come from proes, I recommend at that point to call technical support.
Maybe you have some inheritance features.

Anyway...I never exported directly from the local plm, but only from pro/e, how do you do it? And then, what's the file system?
for now the technical support has checked my pro/e file that I have backupd, and says it is ok and the problem is in the plm ...any link that is removed...bho. . .

Well other plm know doesn't sell it, so I go for exclusion, maybe it's just the commercial name.:smile:
I don't know how you can export to local, the file system is windows hard drive..., you could also do it as a proe once you charge all the axieme, open it and make a backup in a new proe folder.
It is obvious that the problem is in the plm, in fact I said to call technical support of sap, not ptc.

while you know what exports to you besides asm,drw and cartiglio?
