I confirm what I said above. the problem is given by the center of the sketch that falls on the already engraved area.

You cut the inside lines of the sketch right? because it is the same result I had (see image) with that process

Yes, I left the sketch visible in the image.
I wasn't sure working on two faces worked well, but it went great!

I used very little sw and I know it's a multibody. with the technique I use as multibody in nx I can get two results: the one on the left with a parallel excavation to a axis and the one on the right normal to the surface.
In the first case I did so: I extruded the curves that interested me (ad nx does not affect whether to intersect or not) of a certain value (i.e. so that they penetrate the sphere), I cut the solids so obtained on the surface of the ball and then I gave us an offset of 0.5 mm. I finally took off.
second case: I divided the faces of the ball with the projection of the curves, I gave thickness to these faces and then I subtracted. This benign is a suggestion, it does not want to be a field invasion;-)

Honestly this way of ports I don't like... I'm not here to make you waste time for sure, the sketches I fixed them several times on the contrary I have remade them many times (I didn't change the same on purpose) to see the result then probably, if the error continues to be there, there is some passage I'm wrong and I will try to make up. sure that giving approximate judgments in this way is definitely not professional.

as those who responded to you do not have 2019 (all our profiles are up-to-date) you have been asked a step or an iges (the latter allows you to export even sketches)
you were told how to fix the sketch to get the function, but you never showed how you do the procedures for this type of solution (that in 2 users we got) or any information about it.
I explained why of that error and how you could solve it, if the design allows you of course.
I responded to a passive collaboration from you and so I expressed my opinion.
My attitude is abrupt, but it doesn't seem to have, or almost, given advice or wrong solutions.
