environment simulation

Hello, can someone turn me a link with the tutorial for the use of the simulation environment (for a quick structural calculation) of solid edge?

I know that if you open a par file, click on "simulation express" in the tool menu you find in the horizontal bar the ? that opens the online help where it is gross explained how it works.
in asm I do not know why the command is not active as I do not have the premium license.
