error [-25]

Good morning.
I'm putting myself to nx for a specific project.
I don't have a license on my location, but I have to bet on a server that's in my Frances.
insert the var splm_license_server to the ip address of the server 28000@xxx.yyy.zz.ww.
ping xxx.yyyy.zz.ww shows what communication there is.
when I launch nx, I get this error as from image attached.

note that it is nx1872.
other users with same conditions (nx1872 and point on the same server) do not have this problem.

I always put 28000@nomeserver and not address ip. Are you sure other users use the same syntax?

does not change anything the nameserver - I always get the same error code [-25]users in question use the same nx1872 and bet on the same server either by namersevrer or ipserver.

What version do you have of the licensing tool? I have 6.1.3.1 and it works with nx1876.

the latest version of nx (that of June 2019) uses a new version of flexlm
What version of nx are you installing?
