error irreversibile: untreated e06d7363h exception to fcdba88dh

hi to all I installed 2 months ago autocad in trial version for 30 days, once finished I uninstalled and removed permanently, a few days ago I bought the usual autocad 2013, and I installed it (in English) I put the license codes etc, then I installed autocad (Italian) downloading the language packs from the autocad site. But when I opened autocad(ita) gives me this error "irreversible error: unhandled e06d7363h exception at fcdba88dh" and I don't know what to do... I tried to delete and reinstall and unfortunately I did worse than better since it tells me that the product is already installed ... I used ccleaner to remove the log files but continues the usual error... I wanted to know two things:
1) how to remove autocad 2013 completely, so that if I install it again it is as if I first install it.
2) how do I solve the error "on said"

I prefer to solve the error independently because I have already informed myself, and I should bring the pc (fixed) and they will solve the problem.

I finally solvedee!!!, I downloaded "search everything" I removed any autocad file from c:\; programs; program date; programs(x86); app date; (any autocad registry files) and finally I reinstalled everything
