error kp coincidenti

Hello everyone,
ansys gives me a modeling error.
using the command create/lines/overlaid on area in the area indicated in the figure between the two keypoints in blue I exit the following error message:

"keypoints are coincidence. line cannot be generated between coincidence keypoints."

Keypoints are 7mm apart. I tried to change the tolerance with btol but it does not depend on this.
It seems strange to me because in other parts of the model the same operation succeeds me with keypoints distant just 1 millimeter.

what can depend on? Is there a way to overcome this inconvenience?
(in the same area if I hold a distance of 10 mm works however..)

Strange. .
You need to better control that area.
If you want I can take a look at it and then I tell you... you don't need the whole model but only the affected areas ... see a bit
