error licensed check

good evening to all, as from object I have a problem with the license (or something similar).
I regularly installed creo student edition, but when I try to open a saved file, this error message "unable to get required creo simulated licenses appears. please contact your sales representative".
This error does not appear if, vice versa, I create a new model from scratch.

Did someone else find the same problem?

the file opens, but the error appears.
clicking on "ok" opens the model setup tab and the next click on "ok" or "cancel" leads to the closing of the file.
