error message and loss view at drawing opening

Hello.
I'm getting into the nx orbit these days and I'm with a file that generates an open error. This is the message: "warning while opening name_file.prt the following warnings were issued while opening. %ul=v1.0 ph=mxxr2ddgwnlnpb - failed to find file using current search options, part left unloaded".
before clicking on ok, it shows me the view after that everything black.
What can I do? error is common on all installed versions 7.5, 8.5, 9.0.3.
in export dxf/dwg shows me things that I don't see in nx.
in the next cat loading (r18-r24) I totally lose what is reported in the main view (the one I see before giving ok to the error message).
please help me.

ps can you recommend me some useful site to refresh training? (I did the course 3 years ago and in a month I have to be totally operational).

Guys, I found out the cause of the message: in the prt file there is the section view linked to a frontal in unloaded 3d environment (the file was downloaded from im link on a xls document). therefore does not find the 3d of origin (the tree of the fathers shows me a series of underexposed links).
For the rest, if someone gives me some tips, it makes me a happy man!! ! ! !

in nx a drafting is a set, the message that gives you that does not find the part to which the drafting is associated as the name that searches %ul.... etc is what it has in tc. from ok, go to the assembly navigator, dx button on that name you find and choose replace component and go to choose the original file.

This simple explanation has made me understand many things :biggrin:
you know, I'm a "catch kit v5" and certain settings/solutions are not so intuitive.
Of course, for the commands I've seen, it seems pretty powerful.
