error patran 2012.2

Hello everyone,
this morning I installed patran 2012.2 and I noticed that every time I open the program he returns this error:
error opening file
file already exists

giving ok the message closes and I can continue working smoothly. I would like to understand what that message depends on since I did nothing strange between the settings.

si tutto regolare, ho una licenza studenti. ho temporaneamente risolto il problema facendo partire patran con diritti amministratore, in questo modo l'errore non si presenta e il log iniziale del programma è fatto in questo modo:
