hi guys, I installed from some days the version that requires fiat (7.5.3.3 mp1) on one of the precision 690 certified graphics card etc..

trying to move the views by dragging the frame appears the classic error "error recovery for the following error... "
and to get out of error it is necessary to throw down ugraf.exe

do you happen on all views or on one in particular?

to me it happened that in drafting it gave me errors for geometry problems: Try to do a examine geometry and see if there are strange problems.

to me it happened on a very complex table where a section fell right on a edge of a model made with a spiral and a tube (a wormless screw...).
correct the model (made the sweep with single face) everything ok...

of course I also opened a call to assistance (800900047) sent the parts to do tests, but it seems that the problem is only on my two machines with installed the suite fiat 7.5.3.3 mp1, which among other things did not even install to do a test as you must, figure yourself if, with all the respect for the forum, I have to write here to have a solution to my problem after I pay 4000 euros per year of maintenance per license.

After this polemical parentheses I feel able to affirm that for a very valid product there is no assistance to the height and I not only affirm it for this episode but also for others that I am not here to tell you.

@matrix: for 9 years I use the product and work around I know it to bypass the obstacles I know, this seems to me a srupture problem, however thanks to the help and interest.

I do not believe that the hotline does not have the vrs fiat (7.5.3mp1) installed... I don't believe it.

ps. I've been using nug for 11 years, and I've been hacking from the time of the punic wars... (9+11+2000 makes an enviable experience) :wink: maybe together we find something you can do.. .
some questions from hl:
- work integrated with tc or native?
- is the problem on both tws?
- What are tws?
- Are the two tws "gemelle"?
If so, did you try on another tws?
Can you send us the parts and the table so we can see what it is?
- You tried to change some parameters of the views to see what's going on? a quasiasi thing that causes the regeneration of the views themselves... that I know, the display of threads or tolerance or edge extracts...

surprised!! creating a new drawing by selecting the fiat template happens what I attach in image form.

Until now I had worked on existing parts that had already tied a drw board, now to create a simple model to send it to you and make you do tests you plant everything even just trying to create the new table.

I now create a simple model with nx5 (which works) then save it in nx7.5 and send it to you.

I took a look (I also have to work). I have seen that the file s:\conf_ug\ugi_env.dat is recalled
in 7.5 this file is very different from 5.
if the starting configuration you do it with a batch file try to remorse the corresponding row. in penniless tries to make sure that the 7.5 does not go to read that file.

I used the basic options cd and then the various upgrades provided by fiat last today I also tried to install the last hf 11jul11 without getting any results, now I am trying to reinstall everything, hopefully I keep you updated on my misadventures.
