error references pack and go

Good morning to all,
I had to pack and go my car so I could take it to a client. I created a folder that I bet as my pack destination and go and run the command. but when I went to open my created set and went to check that the references of the parts and assemblies pointed to my folder, I realized that many files point exactly where they were, while others point to the destination of the original files. doing so obviously bringing my pack and go set to another pc, all the files with wrong reference could not open them. Can someone tell me why a complete copy of all the components was not made with reference to my pack folder and go?? ?

when you make the pack&go check that the destination is the same in the list for everyone.
when you open the pack&go file there must be no other open file, especially those that have references to the original.
for scruple it is also advisable to close solid so that it cleans the cache and does not keep in memory any paths or references.

I always pack&go through zip so that all work, in unflattened mode, resides in one file and is not contaminated by other folders.
moved the zip into a clean folder and opened the files

we go by order

-I launch the p&g with open set, i.e. open the axieme - file -pack and go. You're telling me to do it with solid locks. What is the procedure?

this means that by opening the axieme solid law of open references and it goes fishing files in the original folder. I'm saying that I don't have any other open files, no one who has nothing to do with the project. the pack&go can also open it directly by yourself, that to close is a scruple that I recommend to remove from memory any references to the original folder.

if you want to make a verification that your pack&go has actually not been done correctly just open it from another pc or delete/zip (temporarily) the original folder; if you do not charge all files then there is a problem at the time of rescue otherwise see what said above

when I open the pack and go, I open it with solid just restarted (so without other open files).
But when I open the soy pack and go and go in "find references" , many files rightly point to the pack and go folder but others point to the original folder. so surely if I go on another pc, all that is referred to the folder on my pc will not be opened.

references can also verify them without opening the axieme; from solid do open, select the top and open the reference tab and check the file paths; or from solidworks explorer selects the axieme and in the reference tab verify the perocrso of the files

Yes, I know that I can verify them externally without opening the aid. tomorrow I will try to zip the original folder and see if I can open them, but I see it hard knowing that the references point there

Hi.
I write here because I believe, if I did not understand badly, that I have found the same problem as snake779. I tried to make the pack&go both with open and closed solidworks, but to me the problem remains. Did someone find other solutions?
