error saving files with autocad 2010

hi to all, I press that I already did some research on this fact and in your forum I found a discussion that however does not talk about the resolution of my problem , or better my brother bought a laptop hp with a tab ati readon and after installing autocad 2010 happens that once you have to save the files it comes out this error like eo6d7363h exception and can not save the file , now solved the internet
