errore in opening autocad 2006

Hello everyone, I don't know what happened but for a few days my autocad from problems in beeture (see attachment) after which I click five times ok and it works all.

the same mistake gives me even though I go to open the "management layer" aimeh is useless because it doesn't make me open it.
I reinstalled autocad but nothing did.

What should I do?

...I have already tried to install the sp1, but the problem persists. . .
Could the problem have to do with the profiles that access autocad?
on my computer sometimes happens to need to log other users just to use autocad.
Maybe it's a user/admin problem
