errore vincolo pin

Hello everyone,
I'm desperately trying to insert a component into a set without succeeding. In practice I have to place a piece and I used the cylinder bond first to connect it to the joint, and so far no problem. then I created the pin connection between the hole on the white part and the hole of the piece to place and here arises the problem. In fact, once you select the axes, it gives me a certain offset between the surfaces that I cannot change and however it does not allow me to define the bond. How can I circumvent the obstacle?

I thank you but I don't know how to send it to you because everything comes about 15 mb and in any way exceeds the maximum allowed size.

I just wanted to specify something I didn't write in the previous file: I've already done it in reality and it's perfectly working because I tested it, but it was done in a rough way and I want to make it to a friend who has everything necessary for a professional realization and so I would have liked to be able to make it back to the pc, so I could also make changes. Plus, I'm practicing with proes, since I use it recently.
