errors i/o

Hello
when I go to fix a non-linear analysis (contact problem) I have frequent errors like "input/output error on unit = 32. the disk is possibly full" (sometimes instead of 32 there is a 9 or 20) and the analysis stops. repeating the same analysis at another time I no longer have this error, we say that I have 50% chance to get that error.
Obviously I realized that it is a problem of configuration/interaction with the pc. the work directory is computer->c->user, the disk is in ntfs, two partitions from 250gb, free space in the working partition 150gb, windows 7 64bit, ansys 12.

Is ansys also 64-bit? what size has the model (number of knots and elements)? Are there any contacts? which solutor uses, iterative or scattered?

si ho ansys v12 64bit, solutore sparso, 400k nodi, I should have solved by removing the read-only check from the properties of the folder "user", no more presented that error:smile:
