hi to all my name is francesco and I am new...I searched in the forum and found nothing (unless I did not look bad ) and I would like to know how to export a file of autocad architecture in 3ds (or viz2008 that is equal). I have already tried file link manager import nothing to do!

directly from 3d studio file menu - import.. . select and open the architecture file

from 3ds everything ok it matters.... on viz pero da problemi!! It only matters an object... maybe they're not compatible? !

I also have the following problem, but legend I couldn't solve.....from 3dstudio2009 in menu_import there is no voice of architecture but only dwg file among those I can use.
If so, once I selected the view of the created 3d model and the amount. are seen not as volumes but with only the lower and higher surfaces of what were volumes. What a mistake
