If you can put numbers on autocad points then yes, but since it is not so....use blocks with attribute, so you have the opportunity to put in all the data you want!

being my points, belonging to a "wife" I would like to know if it is possible to obtain in some way the result in matricial form (also matlab would be good). for example 1 would stand to symbolize the points, and the number between the various 1 symbolizes the distance.
for example this in case you had 4 points (spigols of a square) which are 4,0cm apart

Of course you don't work on your autocad for mac. are not supported on mac os x platforms.
