good morning guys, I happen to make various pieces with some centring holes with couplings (example h7) at the time of export, once sent the file to the modeler but it touches me to make pictures/draws with writing that hole you have to do it ø8 h7, there is a way at the time of export (usually in .step file) to maintain the properties of that hole without having to do these pictures?

You better explain what you do. you model the part with a hole ø8, where is it written that it is h(major)7?

My speech is a general speech, when we happen to make work of the details outside our company when exporting the file we save it in .step214, the modeler/fresher/torn asks us the various holes that tolerances have etc..
example:
design with solidworks a plate with 4 holes for thorns, at the time of creation of holes I say to solidworks that tolerance must have these holes, example ø8 h7/m6, at the time of export but the file gives me simply hole ø8, it is possible to save we say the properties of the hole so that once imported into another software remain such without having to explain them every hole as it should be done? and of course without creating a 2d design of the particular

is a fact that remains in function. do not display them anywhere, in the share of the sketch, in the name of the feature, or in the caption holes of a possible design. only see if you change the function. I think it's also useless for a possible analysis of the shocks.

you can try with dimexpert quotas (menu tools>dimexpert). I've never used it and I have no way to audit it.
