with etransmit for revit, it is possible:
■ Copy and detach a revit model and files associated with a single folder for transmission with the internet. this removes typical error messages when copying central files using the operating system.
■ identify dependent files automatically and include them in the transmission folder, helping to reduce error. All dependent files are automatically converted using relative paths, so you can find the files dependent on the model.
■ Choose to include related dependent files such as linked revit templates, cad files, dwf TM markings, decals images and keynote external files. you can transmit any revit model (.rvt) that has been updated to be compatible with a 2012 revit software product.
■ transmit models using file-based sharing or server-based sharing. etransmit for revit will also work with non-workshared revit models.
