Hello everyone,
There are various discussions about it, but, or I did not understand a snitch or I did not see the right discussion.:
However the problem is this:
I make a frame with the generator, in which there are carving or crop processing that obviously vary the length of the profile already inserted.
In distinct components I find the initial length, not the one after the carving operation.
How do you handle it?
There's something to do with the g_l parameter that I think needs to be replaced, but I don't understand how or where.
Does anyone enlighten me? :mixed:
thanks in advance

as it said peppe the parameter is g_l.
It's long to explain in detail, I'll explain to you in great lines, then do some evidence.
- you need to create a profile (from the cc not from the frame gen) of the family you want, of random length
- you have to change it by exporting the g_l parameter (which should already be)
- change the custom parameter details to your liking depending on how you want it to represent (end zeros, measurement units etc... )
- go to iproperties and fill the fields that interest you compiled with that parameter
- Save.
- open the cc editor and replace the family model with what you modified
- eye that the compilation of parameters in the cc editor table takes precedence over the iproperties of the model, so if you have compiled iproperties in the model in one way and the cc editor table in another will have the precedence those of the editor then if you want the compilation as from iproperties you will have to delete the column that goes into conflict
- this operation you have to do with all the families you want to have managed this way.

as it said peppe the parameter is g_l.

ommam, thank you ilario, I try, only it seems to me to understand that it must be told inventor to do well his family work for family. . .

Yeah, yeah, he's pretty much told to do the job like you do, family by family. . It's a break-up, but then it's a good time.
