Hello, everyone, I feel like I've figured it out by turning around.
Data table in solidworks to manage configurations....it does not work having office 365, so excel 365 on pc.
is necessary 2010, 2013 or 2016...with sw2018? Right?

the doubt came to me after doing a couple of tests...but the data table after compilation was not "acquired" from the model.

Thank you.

The same thing happens to me, I have the 2017 sp4 and if I change the table, the part does not add or update the configurations, I must verify the version of excel, although I am sure that time ago it worked. .

I'm not sure you're talking about the correct version.
excel 365 online obviously is like not installing it being an extended application online.
if you have office 365 that will soon be called microsoft 365 you have the possibility to install on pc, after download, all the office package....what we are used to....with word, excel, access, outlook... .
with this installation, being resident on pc interacts correctly with solidworks.

it is however possible to now openoffice and we talked about it also here on the forum.

I was talking about the version 365 resident on disk that I physically present.
clearly I work often with data tables and therefore I excluded my error, but being the first time on this pc with office365 I had come doubt... seen that they did not work.
before I used data tables only with office 2016...for that the only doubt I had on the version of excel.
This morning I try again and everything works. I have no idea what went wrong yesterday.
However result version 365 and sw2018 works.

Thank you.
