Hello
coming from inventor there are two commands of this program that I find useful, and I would like to find them in sw:
graphic size: by clicking f7 working on a sketch, automatically saw the sketch plane, making it easier to get the sketch out/modify.
project cutting edges: if you created a plan/scratch, with a click on "project cutting edges" it made me project all the intersection edges of the solid with the plan.

I apologize in advance if I ask trivial questions, but I did an online course, with a general infarination, but many aspects of the program I do not know them, and sincerely solidwork I find it very different from inventor. Thank you in advance.

do the internal turorials to understand the logic.

I think you intend normal a settable in options to automatically have it when creating the sketch
project cutting edges: if you created a plan/scratch, with a click on "project cutting edges" it made me project all the intersection edges of the solid with the plan.
I don't know what you mean.

when you ask for the equivalent of a command of another software you may attach an image or video so that you can also understand who this other software does not know it

graphic cut did not place normal life, but did a solid section on the sketch plane. I'm sorry.

project cutting edges: I can't make a video, I don't have the program anymore.

by chance I found the command similar to the project inventor's cutting edges. after I created a plan, I click on curve intersezione, and I click on the faces I want to project. It's a little more laborious than the inventor's operation, but eventually I get the desired result.TAGLIA GRAFICO.webp
