exit from the textual mode

Hello everyone, I can't solve this problem on the business pc, I don't know how it happened but catia only starts in text mode (i.e. only the 3d environment with a sort of square floor with the features tree on the left but all buttons and drop-down menus have disappeared), the only thing that remained is the command line. I suppose that's the unicode mode. How do you return to normal mode? I tried to uninstall and reinstall everything but the software always restarts in this mode

you have activated the user p3.
you must start from the start menu of win the options panel and change the user.
