explain a surface

Bye. I designed the surface of a trunk cone and I need to get the flat shape, as it happens in inventor with the sheets more or less. in the English version there is a command called "unfoldsurf" that serves this purpose, but in the Italian version I can't find it, can someone help me? :

that is not an autocad command, you obviously used some application of lamiere development.
