export bom and separator *.csv

Good morning to all,
I have to export a bom to a * .csv file and then import it to excel because by doing the direct rescue I have problems with converting some characters (it is an export of 2000 lines). by default sw uses "," as a separator. this character is also used in other fields and causes some problems when amounting the data in excel. I have already tried to change the .csv file separator in control panel \ language settings\ list separator, but it does not work.
Has anyone had such experience yet?
