export distinct in excel using an already set excel

hi to all, as from title, you can export a separate inventor, using a model of exel already set, not to have to all times put hand to the exel.. .export the distinct fields in columns of the excel defined and fixed as height color width etc...

when you export the list parts to excel select in low options. opens a window where you can select your default model.

Let's say that I managed to do it only from the table. from the aid there are no options.
